Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including personal care and skincare products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
